Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Labourer to join a new build housing site on a temporary basis. A valid CSCS card is required, and prior construction experience is essential. You should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on your own.

The role involves assisting trades on site, keeping the site clean and tidy, and following instructions from the Site Manager. Candidates with a valid UK driving licence are preferred but not essential.

Job description

Are you a labourer with A CSCS card? Fawkes & Reece are looking to recruit YOU, on a temporary basis to work on a new build housing site.

As a Labourer you will be required to have

• A Valid CSCS Card
• Experience in construction
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work on your own
• A valid UK driving licence (Preferred but not essential)

Your role will consist of:

• Assisting trades on site
• Keeping the site clean and tidy
• Carrying out instructions given to you by the Site Manager

The successful candidate will receive:

• An hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant, paid weekly. This role is paying depending on experience.
• Holiday pay
• Pension contribution

You must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.

Subject to F&R receiving your proof of eligibility to work in the UK, you will be required to start ASAP
