Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are recruiting a Skilled Labourer for a temporary position on a new build housing site. A valid CSCS card and prior construction experience are essential to perform effectively.

You will assist trades on site, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and follow directions from the Site Manager. A UK driving licence is preferred but not strictly required, and eligibility to work in the UK must be shown.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card for site access.
• Experience working on construction sites or in a related role.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades on site as required.
• Keep the site clean and tidy at all times.
• Carry out instructions from the Site Manager and supervisor.

Are you a labourer with A CSCS card? Fawkes & Reece are looking to recruit YOU, on a temporary basis to work on a new build housing site.

As a Skilled Labourer you will be required to have

• A Valid CSCS Card
• Experience in construction
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work on your own
• A valid UK driving licence (Preferred but not essential)

Your role will consist of:

• Assisting trades on site
• Keeping the site clean and tidy
• Carrying out instructions given to you by the Site Manager

The successful candidate will receive:

• An hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant, paid weekly. This role is paying depending on experience.
• Holiday pay
• Pension contribution

You must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.
