Essex Cares Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Shoreham-by-Sea. This full-time, permanent role is field-based, and offers an hourly rate of £14.75 to £16.75.

You will work to support people recently discharged from hospital to regain independence at home. You will help clients relearn daily living skills, such as personal care, mobility and meal preparation, enabling them to live safely and independently.

• Providing reablement care to help clients regain independence after hospital discharge.
