Principal Accountabilities: Provide high quality teaching and learning experiences for pupils. Fulfil the role of Personal Tutor to students. Teaching and Learning Teacher of Languages at Key stage 3 and 4 Spanish specialist is desirable Monitor data and identify emerging needs from student data Consistently deliver well-planned lessons that achieve high outcomes Liaise with students, staff and parents as required to ensure high standards As a form tutor, support the personal development of pupils Manage behaviour effectively of children within classrooms and around the school Understand and fulfil the requirements of school policies Support the departmental pupil premium and more able strategies Support in transition from Key stage 2 and post 16 options Main Activities and Responsibilities Main duties and responsibilities are indicated here. Additional Responsibilities T Always adhere to professional business standards of dress, courtesy, and efficiency in line with the ethos and specialism of the school.
