Job summary

Partou Kids Corner Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a flexible Lunchtime Cover Assistant to provide 15 hours per week of lunchtime cover in a busy nursery setting. You will support early years learning and development in line with EYFS guidelines, while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for children and families.

This role offers the chance to gain experience in a supportive team and contribute to high-quality childcare, with opportunities to grow through Partou Academy and staff

About the Role

Partou Kids Corner Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking an unqualifiednursery practitioner to take on the flexible 15hours per week role of Lunchtime Cover Assistant. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. You'll play a key role in supporting our nursery team, stepping in to provide cover while our staff enjoy their well-deserved lunch break. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the bustling energy of a nursery setting and thrives in a supportive role.
