Tesco has a vacancy for a Shift Leader - Days at Etching Hill Express. You will lead a store team to deliver a great customer experience, cover day-to-day operations across departments, and act as the go-to person for operational queries.

The role offers flexible hours with a minimum 16 hours per week, a 3‑week notice for shifts, and progression opportunities. Applicants must be 18 or over and have prior team‑lead experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
