Job description

Caronne Care is dedicated to promoting the welfare, wellbeing, and independence of its service users through high-quality, person-centred care. Care Assistants provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and emotional wellbeing while building meaningful relationships with service users.

We offer flexible shifts across seven days a week, including morning/lunch shifts (07:00–15:00) and tea/bed shifts (15:30–21:30). The role offers competitive pay of £13 per hour, employer pension contributions, paid maternity leave, a free first uniform, and additional employee benefits.

We are looking for caring, reliable individuals with excellent communication skills, a person-centred approach, and access to their own vehicle. Previous care experience is not essential, as full induction training, ongoing professional development, and career progression opportunities are provided.
