Job summary

Outwood Academy Ripon is looking for a proactive supervisor to oversee whole classes during short-term teacher absences and to implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff. The role is based at our 11-16 academy in Ripon, a historic city in North Yorkshire, close to Studley Royal and Fountains Abbey.

You will contribute to maintaining a safe, engaging learning atmosphere across subjects, supporting students and colleagues, and upholding high standards and continuity of learning
