Job summary

Swale Scaffolding Ltd. is seeking Part 2 fully qualified Scaffolders to join our team in a full‑time, permanent role.

Applicants should hold a valid CISRS Card and have system scaffold training endorsed on the back of their CISRS Card, as well as their own transport. The role involves carrying out all scaffold activities (tube & fittings and system scaffolding) and maintaining a professional appearance on site, with a 37.5 hour week and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Part 2 scaffolders with CISRS card and valid licence.
• System scaffold training endorsed on CISRS Card is preferred.
• Own transport to reach sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of scaffolding work including tube & fittings and system scaffolding.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct on client sites and around other trades.

Part 2 Qualified Scaffolders - Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking Part 2 fully qualified Scaffolders to join our team. Applicants should ideally have system scaffold training endorsed on the reverse of their CISRS Card. All candidates must hold a valid, in‑date CISRS Card and have their own transport.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of scaffolding work, including tube & fitting and system scaffolding.

Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, particularly when working on client sites or alongside other trades.

• 37.5 contracted hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Overtime may be available, but is not guaranteed
• 30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

• Competitive wage – negotiable based on experience
