Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with ALN, ASC, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Immediate start; full-time, long-term position within a local school.

You will work closely with the SENCO and classroom staff to enable inclusive lessons, track progress, and support wellbeing. A strong, compassionate approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS covering BOTH Child & Adult Workforces on the Update Service is ESSENTIAL.
• Prior experience working with young people with SEND or complex needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, firm approach.
• Available for immediate, full-time, long-term work.

• Use tailored strategies to support attention, task completion, and emotional well being.
