Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a Registered General Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centred care for our residents in England. You will administer prescribed medications in line with company and NMC guidelines, and deliver treatments such as surgical dressings when needed, while building trust and maintaining dignity.

You will assess care needs, respond to medical emergencies, and keep accurate records to create individualised care plans.

About you:

We are seeking an exceptional Registered General Nurse who possesses strong leadership abilities. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement as full support will be provided. Our Registered General Nurses are kind and compassionate, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful Registered General Nurse will be adept at building and nurturing relationships with residents and their families.
