Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in England. You will support residents with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help create joyful, meaningful moments in a warm setting.

No prior experience is required, but a genuine, can-do attitude and strong communication skills are welcomed and valued as you contribute to a supportive care team. Training and DBS checks are provided.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
