Job summary

The Veg Box Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Live Sales Person to interact with customers via our live TikTok feed and provide excellent service in our warehouse. You will handle packing, labeling, and order picking, while developing product knowledge to drive sales.

Shifts include daytime, evenings and weekends, with start times between 7am and 11am. This role offers full-time or part-time hours from 15 to 38 per week, with weekend work required.

• A knowledge and basic understanding of TikTok and how it works.
• Stay motivated to keep the audience.

• Interact with virtual online customers and provide customer service via our live TikTok feed.
• Have knowledge of our products and sell them to customers.
• Deal with customer enquires.
• Packing/labeling orders in the warehouse and on the live TikTok feed.
• Picking and packing orders.

Job types: Full time and Part time

Hours: 15 to 38 hours per week including weekends and some evenings.

Working days are Monday to Sunday, with days to be arranged. Start times to be arranged but will be between 7am and 11am. Hours per week will between 15 and 38 depending on the candidates availability.
