Job summary

Fawkes & Reece represent a high-end residential developer launching a new site in Peterborough. We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join the team and see the project through to completion.

You will build rapport with customers, conduct property viewings, explain pricing and upgrades, and work with construction and progression teams to ensure smooth progression and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Property sales experience is essential.
• New build sales experience is desirable.
