Job summary

The Queen Inn in Great Corby is launching a country gastro pub and is seeking an experienced, energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations from day one. You’ll drive service standards, stock control and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Lead and develop the bar team, shape our drinks offer—from local ales to premium spirits—and create a memorable guest experience while supporting the wider management group as we establish our brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bar management and leadership.
• Ability to maintain high standards of service and guest experience.
• Knowledge of drinks, stock control and cost management.
