Job summary

Join the UK’s leading intergenerational pre-school and day care setting as a Business Manager.

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Head Teacher and leading the day-to-day finance, HR, administration and business operations of an Ofsted Outstanding nursery.

Key responsibilities include finance and budgeting, bookkeeping, HR and payroll, Early Years funding, administration and business systems, compliance, safeguarding, GDPR, and operational planning and reporting.

This is a flexible role requiring at least 3 days onsite per week, with the option to work from home for up to 2 days. Working hours can offer flexibility to suit working parents.

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 FTE per year, depending on experience.
