Job summary

GN Wellsprings Care Services Ltd in England is seeking a compassionate Live-In Carer to support a client in their own home, enabling independence and a high quality of life. The role follows a one-week-on, one-week-off rota with private accommodation and meals during placement; full induction and training are provided.

• Provide personal care with dignity — including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
• Support medication administration in line with the client's care plan and our medication policy — full training provided
• Support mobility and transfers using trained, equipment-assisted moving and handling techniques
• Offer companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities to promote wellbeing
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, in line with health and safety standards
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising manager
• Drive the client to appointments or social activities when required

Rota Pattern

One week on (live-in), one week off

During your off week, home care (bank) shifts are available if you'd like additional hours

Private accommodation and meals provided throughout your live-in week

Weekly rate, based on experience

Full paid induction and training provided

Private room and meals included during placement
