Turners (Soham) Ltd in Northwich (CW9 7NU) is seeking LGV Class 1 Night Drivers. You will drive Night routes, joining a team that values professionalism and customer care, with close collaboration with planning, training and supervisory colleagues.

Shifts are Monday–Friday nights with start times between 21:00 and 23:00. Full training is provided; overtime on optional days; pension, uniform, PPE, meals and nights-out allowances, and paid CPC training during employment are available.

Formación

• Night driving experience or ability to drive at night.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive LGV Class 1 vehicles during night shifts.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courteous conduct to customers.
• Coordinate with planning, training and supervisory teams.
• Adhere to Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Be flexible with start/finish times and shift lengths.

Turners (Soham) is recruiting LGV Class 1 Night Drivers to be based in Northwich, CW9 7NU.

As a professional and skilled driver you will be required to demonstrate professionalism and courteous conduct to our customers. You will develop close working relationships with your planning, training, and supervisory team, and driving colleagues in an organisation that strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Our customers have variable delivery times that are governed by needs, capacity and schedules, meaning that drivers will need to has some flexibility, with shift starting and finishing times. Shift lengths do vary but you are expected to comply with all Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations at all times.

Turners can offer employment to suitable newly qualified drivers with limited experience, and full training will be provided to these candidates. We are also keen to engage experienced drivers who can bring expertise and knowledge to our company.

Successful applicants MUST have the following:

• Monday - Friday Nights
• Start time between 21:00 and 23:00
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Weekly driving style (fuel) bonus.
