Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will engage with customers to provide OTC advice, assist with prescription counter services, and help with stock rotation and replenishment.

The role involves retail experience within a pharmacy setting, supporting stock management and customer care while working within opening times. Training to achieve Level 2 qualification is provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C/4-9) or equivalent; not essential but desirable.
• Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 training provided.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in retail within a pharmacy environment.
• Advise customers on over-the-counter medications.
• Order pharmaceutical stock and assist with stock rotation.
