• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes.
• Encourage participation in daily activities to maintain independence.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and report changes.
• Support clients with mobility and reminders as needed.

We may drive clients to appointments or social activities, offering reassurance and support along the way.
