Job description

We are recruiting a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our clients warehousing team as the company continues to grow. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock control. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in running an organised and efficient warehouse, and is comfortable working independently. You will be detail-focused, dependable and methodical, with the confidence to manage stock, prioritise workloads and coordinate deliveries and collections. You will be comfortable using systems, happy to take responsibility, and proactive in identifying improvements to processes, stock management and warehouse layout.
