Job summary

Inclusion is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a client in a Supported Living arrangement in Scotland. You will help maintain daily routines and encourage participation in activities that promote independence and wellbeing.

Role involves accompanying to horse-riding sessions, local outings, meals out, and community events, as well as helping with home maintenance and developing living skills. This is a personal, person-centred role prioritising inclusion and choice.

Support Worker (Supported Living Assistant)

I am looking for a new Supported Living Assistant to join my team. I live in my own home, and I am looking for someone who can support me to live the life I choose.

I enjoy a full and active life. Support may include accompanying me to horse-riding sessions, community activities, local outings, drives, family visits, meals out, gardening and leisure activities. You will also assist me with maintaining my home, developing everyday living skills, planning activities and achieving my personal outcomes.

The successful applicant will work alongside me to promote my independence, choice, wellbeing and inclusion within my local community.
