Rentokil Initial's DCUK Central Compliance Team is seeking a skilled Asbestos - Site Auditor to cover the South/South East region with travel. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of improving health and safety standards across the DUCK asbestos removal business.

The role reports to the Compliance Director and focuses on maintaining our HSE licence by conducting rigorous on-site audits and governance of RAMS, while building strong relationships with Contract Managers,

• Relationship Building: Communicate with site personnel and build professional rapport with Contract Managers, Supervisors and clients.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, your role will be vital in maintaining our HSE licence and ensuring absolute health and safety compliance across our active project sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Rigorous Site Auditing: Conducting thorough on-site compliance assessments of active jobs on a regular basis, including high-profile and secure locations such as Electricity North West (ENW) and National Grid sites.
• RAMS Governance: Carrying out regular peer reviews and quality governance of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to support our HSE licence.
• Relationship Building: Reviewing on-site documentation and discussing works with site personnel, building a strong, professional rapport with Contract Managers, Supervisors, and clients.
