Job summary

The Advocacy People in Milton Keynes are seeking an Advocate with a multi-disciplinary focus on IMHA to provide information and advocacy support to clients, helping them understand their rights and communicate in a person-centred way.

The role is part-time and permanent with a hybrid pattern (2 days remote). You will maintain accurate case records, contribute to written reports, and support services at Chadwick Lodge and beyond.

• Provide information and advocacy support to clients of The Advocacy People, informing them of their rights.
• Providing Generic Advocacy support for patients at Chadwick Lodge.
• Keep up-to-date, accurate factual records and written reports relating to the clients and their cases, using appropriate office systems (including our in-house database).

Advocate (multi-disciplinary with focus on IMHA)

Provide information and advocacy support to clients of The Advocacy People, informing them of their rights and communicating with them in a way that best meets their needs.

Providing Generic Advocacy support for patients at Chadwick Lodge. Chadwick Lodge offers a comprehensive range of services for Adults with mental health needs, including forensic secure, long stay rehabilitation and acute admission services.

Keep up-to-date, accurate factual records and written reports relating to the clients and their cases, using appropriate office systems (including our in-house database).
