Job summary

Cole & Yates Recruitment represents a well-established specialist in play and sports surfacing, seeking hands-on helpers to support a wetpour installation team across the UK. Location is South of Solihull, West Midlands.

You will measure and mix rubber granules and binder, load and prepare tools, assist with pouring and finishing, and keep site areas clean. Travel and overnight stays may be required; accommodation options and subsistence are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in wetpour, surfacing, playground installation, construction, groundworks or outdoor site work.
• Experience mixing rubber granules and binder or using forced-action or pan mixers is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and stay away overnight; ability to pass Enhanced DBS check.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist in play and sports surfacing offering a genuine long-term opportunity to join a practical, experienced team.

Support an experienced wetpour installation team delivering play and sports-surfacing projects across the UK.

You will measure and mix rubber granules and binder using forced-action or pan mixers, load and prepare tools and materials, support the screeders during pouring and finishing, help with site preparation and keep the equipment and work areas clean and organised.
