Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Contract Senior Project Engineer specialising in Utilities, Civil, and Building Infrastructure to support major CapEx investments at a manufacturing facility in Melton Mowbray.
The role covers end-to-end ownership from design auditing and procurement to on-site construction, FAT/SAT, and handover, with site safety and regulatory compliance at the core.
Working Pattern: 100% On-Site preferred (Hybrid options available depending on project phase - up to 50% remote during design/planning phases; 80-100% on-site during installation and commissioning)
Contract Duration: Long-term project-based contract (approx. October 2026 - January 2028)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (subject to change depending on project phase)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Senior Project Engineer specialising in Utilities, Civil, and Building Infrastructure to support major capital expenditure (CapEx) investments at a top-tier manufacturing facility in Melton Mowbray.
This individual will take end-to-end operational ownership of substantial site expansion and facility refurbishment packages from design auditing and procurement through to on-site construction, installation, FAT/SAT, and handover.
5+ years of hands-on, on-site field engineering experience within manufacturing environments.
3+ years in a Project Engineer / Package Engineer capacity managing multi-disciplinary capital projects.
Food Manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
