You will report to the Team Leader and supervise a small packing line, ensuring smooth operation and safety. The role suits someone from a fast-paced environment who can organise production, prepare for the next day, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions. Own transport required. Qualifications

An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Packing Line Leader for our award-winning client’s production site. Reporting into the Team leader this role would suit someone from a fast-paced production environment.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a production environment and can take responsibility for keeping a line running smoothly.

• Preparation of production for the next day
• Organisation of production
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead a small packing line, ensuring team members are working safely and efficiently.

Experience and Skills for Packing Line Leader

• Adaptable/flexible to meet requirements and demands of production and seasonal fluctuations
• Industrious and be able to work under pressure
• Good level of Accuracy and numeracy when completing records.
• Good knowledge of operating machinery
• Good standard of spoken and written English
• Current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 12 months)
• Self-motivated and able to motivate staff.
• Basic IT skills including Excel and Word.
