Job summary

Kids Planet Romiley is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our caring team. You will support the chef in preparing healthy meals and snacks for children, while helping to manage allergies and dietary needs in a safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Catering experience, preferably in a nursery or similar setting.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
• Knowledge of preparing meals to meet dietary needs and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team in preparing healthy meals and snacks for children.
• Cater to allergies and special dietary needs, ensuring safety of all dishes.
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
