Randstad Education in Southampton is seeking a Cover Supervisor to gain hands-on classroom experience while keeping school hours. You will supervise classes, support students, and help maintain a positive learning environment during short-term absence of teachers.

This role offers a clear stepping stone into teacher training, with term-time hours from 08:30 to 15:30 and no evening work. You will work across Key Stages 3 and 4 and collaborate with experienced staff.

• Degree educated; minimum requirement.

• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
