Job summary

KIMS Hospital and Lyca Health are seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to lead procurement contracts across the Group, including medical consumables, implants, services and equipment. The role requires robust governance, tendering support, and strong supplier relationships to deliver value and safe patient care.

Travel between KIMS Hospital and Lyca Health sites is required, with a base in Maidstone. A decisive leader with 2+ years in contracts management, and a CIPS or equivalent

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in contracts management within procurement & supplies.
  • CIPS or degree-level qualification in Procurement, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead change, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in healthcare procurement or a similar regulated environment.
  • Track record in successful supplier negotiations and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organisational and team-building skills with a collaborative, achievement-focused approach.
