Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a Community Nurse (Band 5) for Ludlow Hospital, Shropshire. The position involves delivering high-quality community nursing care and coordinating with GP surgeries and hospitals to support patient independence.

The role requires active NMC registration and at least 6 months NHS experience as a Community Nurse, with eligibility to work in the UK. Temporary contract with flexible day and weekend shifts, in a supportive NHS framework.
