Job summary

Protec Services is seeking an IT Technician to join our growing team. You will provide Level 3 IT support onsite and remotely, assist network technicians, and configure, install and support onsite infrastructure including firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, servers, VOIP, CCTV, PCs, and printers.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will visit client sites, work across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.

Protec Services is a growing IT and Security company looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Technician to join our friendly team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both business and residential clients across a wide range of IT systems, networking, infrastructure, and support environments. No two days are ever the same!

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing Level 3 IT support onsite and remotely


• Assisting onsite network technicians with secondary fixing as required


• Configuration, installation and supporting onsite infrastructure to include but not limited to firewalls, network switches, Wi-Fi links, servers, VOIP/SIP/PBX, CCTV, PC's, broadbands, printers etc.


• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments


• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues


• Hyper-V, VMware, and server environments


• Visiting client sites for installations and support
