Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Front of House Supervisor at RAF Boulmer to lead a hospitality team, ensure outstanding guest service and manage daily operations. The role requires supervisory skills, hands-on service, and shift coverage across 37.5 hours per week with weekend work.

You’ll support stock, rotas, training, and cash handling, while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction in a busy site environment.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house team leadership in hospitality.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the right to work.
• Willingness to undergo security vetting and DBS checks.

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service daily.
