We are looking to recruit full or part time registered nurses to work within the Community Nursing Teams based in Long Eaton in South Erewash

To manage referrals into our service and provide evidence-based care to support patients in their own home.

To provide advice and support to junior staff in the delivery of high quality care and actively support the Senior Community Nurses and District Nurses in the management of the health care environment.
