Job summary

Highland Council invites applications for a Cook 3 (30 hpw) at Spean Bridge Primary School. The post is permanent with hours of 30 per week, based at Spean Bridge Primary School and salary at the first point on the scale.

Responsibilities include organising and delivering a multichoice traditional or cash-cafeteria service, managing production, ordering, cash handling and banking for Highland Council monies, and travelling to various locations to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

To travel to various locations assisting in the day to day operational requirements of the Service. To organise, administer and directly participate in the provision of a multichoice traditional or cash-cafeteria catering service including the provision of welfare meals. This will encompass direct control over production, ordering provisions, cash collection and banking of Highland Council Monies.
