Stop Smoking Advisor (Development Role 3-4) | City Health Care Partnership CIC

You’ll support people who want to stop smoking, helping them improve their health and wellbeing through personalised advice and encouragement that can make a lasting difference. Based within a supportive community health team, you’ll work with individuals, groups and partner organisations to help reduce health inequalities and promote healthier lifestyles.

This is a great opportunity to build skills in behaviour change, health improvement and community engagement while supporting people to make positive changes. The role includes a structured development pathway, training and ongoing support to help you grow in the position.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to help people become smoke free
