CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Support Worker in a premier nursing home in Bedfordshire. The role is a permanent full-time position, 36 hours per week, on a variety of shifts. Salary ranges from £12.80 to £13.45 per hour with monthly pay.

The successful candidate will hold NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and join a team delivering compassionate care in a boutique-style facility.

Key duties

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
