Randstad Education in Plymouth is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school community starting in September 2026. This role is suitable for experienced practitioners, aspiring educators, or those with youth work backgrounds seeking to support pupil development.

You will work 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, term time only, with a competitive PAYE daily rate of £92.56–£95.00. The post includes access to safeguarding training and educational support strategies to help you develop

Formación

• Experience supporting children, youth groups, or vulnerable individuals in either a voluntary or professional capacity.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of professional energy.
• Demonstrated flexibility in addressing diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
• Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a readiness to initiate the application process).
• Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
