Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited are seeking a reliable Production Operative in the LE67 area. Hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm on a 5 on/5 off pattern, with a temp-to-perm contract.

Your duties include cleaning machinery, greasing and oiling equipment, operating mobile plant, and supporting production activities while following health and safety procedures.

This role requires good attendance, ability to work independently or in a team, and a Counterbalance FLT licence.

Qualifications

• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety.
• Previous experience in a physically demanding role.
• Willingness to learn and undertake further training.
• Counterbalance FLT Licence.
• Experience within a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
• Additional industry qualifications.
