Job summary

Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Trainee Asbestos Operative to support site set-up and safe abatement of asbestos-containing materials under method statements on local housing contracts across Hull and surrounding Yorkshire areas. You must be able to work on site and follow H&S procedures.

Applicants must hold a full driving licence; a DBS check is required. The role offers 20 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays, a company pension scheme and a non-contractual

Job description

Trainee Asbestos Operative required for established Licensed Asbestos Removal specialist company.

A Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative is required to conduct site set up and safe abatement of asbestos containing materials according to the method statement and scope of works on but not limited to local housing contracts within Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, South, West and North Yorkshire areas and there maybe some working away.

You will need to be able to work on site and able to follow procedures and H&S requirements.

Applicants must hold a full driving licence
