• Jig, wire and prepare various parts for metal finishing.
• Follow BSI guidelines and complete jobs to required professional standards.
• Operate electroplating tanks and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to ensure finish uniformity and timely completion.
• Work with senior colleagues in tank preparation and maintenance (cleaning and replenishing chemicals).

Job description

Join our small, experienced team of Electroplaters, and play a role in the finishing of various metal components. You will be working with a senior member of the electro plating staff, who will ensure that you are properly trained, and that you are capable of meeting quality standards and specifications. This is a semi-physical role, so some degree of physical fitness will be required.

Duties

• Jig, wire and prepare various parts for metal finishing

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure finish uniformity and a satisfactory completion of the job.
• Work alongside senior colleagues in the preparation and maintenance of tanks (I.e. Cleaning and replenishing chemicals)
