Mitchells & ButlerS PLC in Newton Abbot is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training people. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards and staff development.

You will manage food ordering, stock control and health and hygiene compliance, while enjoying flexible shifts and a staff discount across our brands. Join a team that values great memories for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff to deliver quality dishes.
