Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited at Toby Carvery – Aintree is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage a branded menu and train a team to deliver high-quality food in a busy kitchen.

You will drive performance, handle food ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while working within a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
