Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Site Waste Coordinator to oversee waste management at a busy client site. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will coordinate waste flows, liaise with client teams and waste providers, and be hands-on with moving and loading waste and carrying out deep cleans.

The role requires hands-on work with balers and compactors, strict adherence to health and safety rules on site, and a flexible approach to supporting the manager, team and client across a range of tasks.

Job description

We’re currently looking to recruit a Site Waste Coordinator to be responsible for co-ordinating and handling the waste management at our busy client site. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, you will deal with all aspects of waste from the factory and interact with the client teams and waste providers - this is a very hand on position, and you will be involved in moving and loading of waste and deep cleans at site.

In this role you will be required to use and manage baler and compacters, aligning with the health and safety rules on site. We’re looking for someone who is willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to this position in order to support the manager, team and our client.
