Job summary

Tian Tian Market in West London is seeking a proactive Shop Assistant to join our team across Ealing, White City, Wembley and North Acton.

You will provide friendly customer service, handle cash and card payments, restock shelves, support promotions, and help maintain a clean, safe store. In this role, English and Mandarin-speaking skills are valued; permanent part-time or variable hours available, with progression to senior roles.

Tian Tian Market - Shop Assistant- West London Area

Location: West London Stores - Ealing, White City, Wembley and North Acton

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Variable hours, up to 40 hours per week across 5 days

What You’ll Do:

Who We’re Looking For:

Previous retail or customer service experience (essential)

Bilingual in Mandarin and English (desirable)

Familiarity with East & South-East Asian foods (desirable)
