Job summary

Right at Home Wandsworth & Lambeth is seeking caring Part-Time Carers to support clients in and around Wandsworth & Lambeth. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, and help with household tasks according to individual care plans.

We offer London Living Wage (£14.80/hr) plus holiday pay (£16.59/hr total) and flexible shifts, with training and ongoing support from managers and colleagues. Flexibility to work mornings or evenings is available.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support with mobility and transferring, ensuring safety at all times
• Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation in accordance with care plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow individualised care plans to meet specific needs
• Help administer and track medication
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
