Job summary

Little People Nurseries Limited seeks an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, family-run Montessori nurseries in the UK. This entry-level role includes full training and support to begin a career in early years education.

You will learn EYFS and Montessori principles, assist with planning and delivering activities, support a safe and positive learning environment, and build relationships with children and families while gaining on-the-job experience.

Job description

We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our family-run Montessori nurseries. This is a great opportunity to start a career in early years education with full training and support in a nurturing, inspiring environment.

Salary: £8.00 per hour (approximately £16,640 per year based on 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Support high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Montessori principles

Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities

Support children’s development through observation and interaction

Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

Work as part of a team while learning on the job

About You:
