The Best Connection Group Limited in Evesham is recruiting for a Trainee Paint Sprayer. This full-time role offers on-the-job training to learn spraying, paint preparation and quality checks, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Working Mon-Thu 08:00–17:00 and Fri 08:00–14:00, you will join a friendly team and benefit from weekly pay, pension contributions, 28 days’ holiday (pro-rata) and access to development opportunities across departments.

Trainee Paint Sprayer to join our client in Evesham, a company that specialises in the design and manufacture of coating solutions for a variety of materials.

What you'll be doing:

• Spraying prepared products
• Quality checking finished products
• Preparing and mixing paints
• Following guidance and learning from experienced colleagues
