Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a store crew across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will be responsible for running the shop when the Manager isn’t present, guiding the team, and ensuring customers have a brilliant experience.

Ideal candidates will bring natural leadership, reliability, and a passion for service. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive thru. You’ll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online. £14.50 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment and a Location Premium of 50p per hour.
