We are currently looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join our Asset Management team here at Housing 21.
Within the role of Building Surveyor you will provide professional surveying and technical support, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of the Asset Management strategy.
You will work independently in supporting the delivering Housing 21’s technical service function which provides effective capital investment, cyclical, fire safety and statutory maintenance services, to time and budget, in line with legislation, Housing 21 policy, capital programme and strategic objectives.
This is a mobile role where frequent travel across the area you cover will be required in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
